Proper backwashing techniques for both sand and D.E. filters

Cleaning of filter cartridges

Setting up to Vacuum / Clean Pool

Proper system valve and Multiport valve positioning

Heater / Automation Communication and function

Evaluation of other service issues (leaks, excessive noises, system not priming / powering up)
A one-hour Elite pool video phone consultation is only $59.95! Not only will you learn valuable hands-on experience with your pool system, you will also SAVE $35.00 on a physical service call. In the unlikely event, we cannot get you through your pool troubles via video, we will schedule you promptly for a service call PLUS give you a $30.00 credit to your in field service call.
Understanding you DIYers probably are busy working during the day, this service will be offered during the hours of 5pm and 8pm Mon - Thur. and 3pm to 6pm on Friday. Saturday hours of availability will vary. Contact the store to set up appointments.
Due to safety and insurance limitations, we will not be offering any D.I.Y. assistance when dealing with electricity or plumbing. Please call and schedule this type of service with our experienced and professional staff.
