Dear Pool Owners,
Like you, we have been closely monitoring developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and have received questions regarding whether the virus can be transmitted via pool and/or spa water.
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC, March 10, 2020) there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through use of pools and hot tubs. Specifically, they state that "proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."

In order to do our part to ensure everyone's safety and to prevent further spread of the virus we are enacting the following new preventative policies:
The store will remain open but we encourage customers to take precautions by placing orders online with our online store or calling ahead for orders to be prepared for pick up or delivery.
We have a milk crate by the front door where customers can drop off water samples for analysis. We will email the results and, if needed, put together an order based on your pool/spas need.
Service crews are still out opening and servicing pools but we will practice social distancing while on your property. We will service the pool while avoiding any unnecessary contact. We will leave a door tag/work order and call you with any issues that need to be addressed.
