Pool Openings, Closings, and Related Services

The Basic Opening includes:

• Remove, fold, and store Pool Cover

• Put system back together and start up

• Vacuum Pool of debris up to 30 minutes

• Add 3 Lbs shock, 1 Qt Algaecide

• Digital Documentation of pool and system

*Add $50 each for pools over 800 sq.ft (35k gallons) and/or attached spas

*Add $25 for  solid covers and $50 - $150 for cabled covers.

(Cables need to be assessed for difficulty.)

** Customer will still need to backwash/clean filter and add water according to pool need

The Elite Opening Includes:

• Leaf blow pool deck area and straighten any furniture

• Remove, fold, and store pool cover

• Put system back together and start up

• Evaluate heater and all other pool components

• Brush, Dip, and Vacuum pool

• Add 3 Lbs shock, 1 Qt Algaecide,

• A second stop to detail vacuum and brush pool (when necessary)

• Set in cleaner, set timers and/or verify automation programming

• Digital Documentation of pool and system

*Add $50 each for pools over 800 sq.ft. (35k gallons) and/or attached spas,

*Add $25 for solid covers, and $50 - $150 for cabled covers.

(Cables need to be assessed for difficulty)

**Customer will still need to backwash/clean filter and add water to pool according to need

Our best effort will be given to have your pool "swim ready" with the Elite Opening, however, if the pool is in such condition that it cannot be handled in 2 visits, we will discuss the best option for your particular pool situation. This can typically be evaluated once the cover is removed.

The Basic Closing Includes:

• Pump down pool water**

• Blow water clear from pool lines and winterize pool

• Remove plugs from pool equipment and winterize

• Add 3 Lbs shock, 1 Qt Algaecide,  and antifreeze in skimmers

• NO COVERS INSTALLED OR FILTERS CLEANED WITH THIS PACKAGE

*Add $50 each for pools over 800 sq.ft. (35k gallons), or attached spas

*Add $25  for In-Floor cleaning systems, in-skimmer return system, additional pumps

**Pools with Mesh Safety Covers and Gunite (plaster) inground pools will be pumped down approx. 20 inches from the top of the pool edge. Pools with Solid Covers, Fiberglass, and Liner Pools will be drained a couple inches below the skimmer edge/tile line to protect from potential freeze damage. Managing water levels after closing is up to homeowner.

The Elite Closing Includes:

• Clean pool filter and check equipment for Spring issues

• Blow water clear from pool lines and winterize pool

• Remove plugs from pool equipment and winterize

• Add 3 Lbs shock, 1 Qt Algaecide, and antifreeze in skimmers

• Install pool cover

*Add $50 each for pools over 800 sq.ft. (35k gallons) or  attached spas,

*Add $25 for  In-Floor cleaning systems, In-skimmer returns, additional pumps

solid covers, tarp covers w/ water tubes

*Add $50 - $150 for cabled covers.  (Cables need to be assessed for difficulty)
